Captain's Away Day Packages

With years of experience in hosting events, our team are on hand to help make planning a truly unforgettable occasion simple and rewarding for you and your guests. 

We can create a bespoke package to ensure that your captain's away day is a memorable and enjoyable day out for you and your guests.

Packages are available from April to October on Mondays and Thursdays after 10 am subject to availability.

Bespoke packages start at £65 per person and can include: 

• Preferential green fees
• Club Captain enjoys a free round of golf on the day
• Four tote bags and golf towels included to add to your prize table 
• Nearest the pin, longest drive competitions as required
• Food menus and Hospitality designed to match your budget and taste
• Tailored packages are available through our well-stocked pro shop

General Information

Handicap Certifictaes

It's assumed that all visiting golf club members will have handicap certificates or CDH numbers so should therefore be available if requested.

Dress Code

In the interest of the Traditions of the Club, all visitors are required to comply with our   Dress Code

Buggy Hire

The club has eight buggies which are available to hire at £35 per day. 

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of Booking

We will send you an email confirming the arrangements and ask that you reply confirming the details are correct and that the deposit has been paid.  You can pay your deposit by bank transfer by using the following details;

Please use a reference when making this payment such as the booking name and date of your event.

If confirmation of your booking has not been received within 14 days, Copt Heath Golf Club may cancel this provisional booking.

Terms and Conditions

A booking, when confirmed, will be taken under the agreement that the Terms and Conditions of Copt Heath Golf Club are followed.   A copy of the Club's  Dress Code can be viewed here.   Please share this information with all members of your party in advance.

By confirming your booking in writing and/or paying a deposit you have agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions as detailed above.
