The Committee requires that all players are bone fide members of a recognised Golf Club or EGU Registered Golf Society with an official playing handicap and will observe the Rules of Etiquette.

 

The organiser of the Society will be responsible for reporting to the Professional on arrival regarding: starting times; designated tee; entry code; and payment of green fees.

 

The starting tee will be reserved between specific times, but not before 9.30am or between 1.00pm and 2.00pm, as appropriate. SOCIETIES HAVE NO PRIORITY AFTER THEIR STATED TIMES.

 

Dress Code: Please make all members in your party aware of the rules relating to dress code. In the Clubhouse, casual dress may be worn throughout, except that after 6.30pm when a jacket and tie must be worn when dinning on the first floor. Jeans, Bermuda shorts (beachwear style) and trainers are not allowed at the Club.

 

On the course, tailored shorts may be worn with predominately white ankle socks otherwise, knee length socks must be worn.  NB. Shorts may be worn in the Stud Bar, when at lunchtime, but are not permitted in any of the 1st floor rooms.

 

Catering requirements must be confirmed at least four days prior to the event. Changes will be accepted up to 12 noon the day before your visit; cancellation after that time will be charged.
